Job Description : Architect - Identity and Access Management
Location : Chennai
About the role/project:
We are looking for an Identity and Access Management architect who will support in governance of IAM solution at group level. The candidate should possess the ability to make adequate and reasonable architecture design and architecture decisions. You shall support in evolving the group security domain with group enterprise architects.

o Identity Access Governance
o Compliance and Role Based access controls
o Privilege Access Management
o Extensive experience in defining Identity & Access Management :
o Product roadmaps
o Solution designing and architecting
o Hands on all modules of IAM like Life Cycle Manager, Joiner Mover Leaver, Certification, Reports, Application Onboarding, Reports
o Infrastructure stability and optimization of platforms
o Implementation of IAM solutions on -premise (must) and knowledge of cloud platforms.
Technical Competencies :
· Strong experience in SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ).
· Expertise in integrating SailPoint Identity IQ with various applications like Global Service Now, SAP, Salesforce etc. If needed design and develop custom connectors, knowledge of SOAP, Rest API’s and other middleware technologies.
· Experience working with various technologies like Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP, OpenShift container platforms , Oracle Databases, SAML 2.0, CyberArk etc.
· Hands on experience with programing languages like Java/J2EE, Beanshell etc.
Functional Competencies:
· Design and advisory for factory approach to efficiently onboard a high number of target applications while keeping business impacts as low as possible.
· Provide high level technical leadership to project and operations teams, as needed, by acting as a consultant.
· Lead for Access Governance topics e.g. Recertification and Attestation, SoD management, Auditing and Reporting.
· Address security and audit risks while meeting business objectives and regulatory requirements
· Understanding of Authorization Management beyond RBAC (ABAC, Context and Risk-based authorization, Dynamic Authorization Management)
· Understanding of provisioning and de-provisioning processes (accounts, roles, entitlements)
· Ability to critical thinking and proven analytical skills.
· Must be able to work independently, but strong team player.
· The candidate must possess strong communication skills.
