Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Technical Consultant with expertise in ServiceNow to join our team. Experience Working on IRM module would be an advantage but not a necessity.

The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for leading technical consulting efforts for ServiceNow implementation and customization projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions in a timely and efficient manner. The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring all technical requirements are met.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on and strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including development and customization, DevOps, Data Import, Application Security, Client-Server technology, Networking Systems, High Availability, Disaster Recovery Concepts, Application Integration, Middleware Concepts, Application development of agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Functional knowledge of database operations, networking/firewall/security, Data Center Operations, Backup & Storage Management, email platform and application programming.
  • Hands-on technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions from design and solid development experience to testing and implementation.
  • Lead technical consulting efforts for ServiceNow implementation and customization projects, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and provide guidance on best practices
  • Design and develop technical solutions based on business requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and other team members
  • Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
  • Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow to clients and other stakeholders
  • Ensure proper code management and version control practices are followed
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Lead technical training sessions for clients and other stakeholders
  • Build high and low level design for the Solutions
  • Prepare and present customer demos
  • Ability to lead all major sprint ceremonies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including experience in technical consulting and implementation
  • Strong technical skills in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience building integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience implementing ITIL workflows in ServiceNow
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications are required.
  • Work location is based out of Bangalore and candidate should be willing to work from office on a regular basis
  • Strong Communication skills
